- The CKC-280 automatic form/fill/seal packaging machine is suitable for all types of nonfree-flow and free-flow powder and granulate products
- Packaging speed : 45 ~ 60 bags/min
- All air cylinders employ Japan SMC standards for dependable quality
- In case of lack of packaging material, color coding tape or if any other trouble occurs, the machine stops automatically
- The controller provides a self-diagnostic function. In case any machine trouble occurs; the screen will display problem points and trouble-shooting instructions
- Excellent for filling and metering poor flowability powder, this machine is designed to solve the filling
- Printing points photocell sensor is easy to adjust
- Minimum sealing temperature variation. Employs PID temperature control to maintain temperature within ± 2°C
- Machine can set up memory for 10 programs
- The transmission system is driven by a Servo motor (Mitsubishi from Japan) for high accuracy
- The control system employs a touch-sensing screen for operational convenience
