Specifications
- Filling system is driven by a servo motor (Mitsubishi – Japan) for outstanding accuracy
- Auger shaft is made of stainless steel SUS#304, lathed by the modern technology attain high fidelity, without welding, polished high sleek
- The Load cell system is fed back automatically to the filling system for metering and filling accuracy. Metering tolerance is within ±1% (the tolerance depends on powder feature and density)
- HMI touch screen for operational control and PLC controller
- It has 20 sets of memory modules for operation convenience
- Filling weight : 1 ~ 25 kg
- Equipped with a bag clamping device (includes lifting mechanism)
- The malfunction will be display in the screen for easy to check and troubleshoot
