Specifications

- Labeling speed : max 90 pcs/min (depending on product size and label size)
- Labeling speed of both heads is automatically synchronized with conveyor speed to ensure quality labeling
- Equipped with the top hold down belt assembly which supports to fix the bottle, can be adjusted the height based on the bottle height
- Using labeling wipe on roller or push & press device based on the surface of bottles keep the labeling surface smooth and flat
- Automatic testing, put 1 bottle in the conveyor, start conveyor, machine is adjusted automatically and labeling
- Main parts are made of stainless steel SUS#304
- The machine can be integrated into an automated packaging line
