- The CKC-2435 automatic form/fill/seal packaging machine is suitable for all types of nonfree-flow and free-flow powder and granulate products
- Packaging speed : 20 ~ 45 bags/min
- The packaging machine and auger transmission system are driven by a servo motor (Mitsubishi - Japan) for outstanding accuracy
- The control system employs a touch-sensing screen for operational convenience
- Employs PID temperature tolerance within ± 2°C
- Unlike the conventional welded auger with spring loaded, the material outfeed auger on the CKC-2435 is one-piece manufactured from stainless steel. It features superior metering accuracy in ± 1% ~ 2%
- Machine can set up memory for 10 programs
- The controller provides a self-diagnostic function. If machine error occurs, the screen will display problem points and trouble-shooting instructions
